I agree Andi~~There are so many instances where shareholders get nothing from spun off subs that it is refreshing that a company would do something, anything, for it's shareholder...
But isn't this a part of the plan that will attract investors to Hrct?...The original plan?...Hrct could easily sell ET and make a few bucks.. They choose to spin them off and distribute the shares then eventually team them up with somebody or sell them is a "win win" for the shareholders...As the process moves forward Hrct will be able to acquire better businesses and distribute even more valuable company shares to it's investors...jmho
This is the first of many subs to be distributed...I am glad Hrct has stuck to this plan....jmho... Aloha
