I have to say... and I don't have any reason to believe you're making up what you posted.... if the ASC did say that to you it is highly unprofessional. Especially considering they are supposedly still 'investigating' the issue, and also considering that the SEC's official policy is to not tell the public that they are investigating a company until they halt trading so they do not cause unneeded harm to the shareholders and the company. In light of that, it was highly inappropriate to say that the SEC is investigating and they are 'surprised' they haven't halted trading here.
Really, really unprofessional.
