OK this is very weird! Guess which firm of auditors the other company that recently dropped Traci J. Anderson has hired as their replacement?

Metwood announced that it hired Cornelius, N.C.-based Bongiovanni & Associates, CPAs as its certified public accounting firm.

Is this just a case of it being a small world? I have not got a clue!

One AMAZING coincidence, if you ask me. Could we be buying BMXD or Metwood for the KATX to KATC reverse merger?

Metwood are a company that used the same auditors as BMXD, namely Traci J. Anderson, CPA. They announced they were dropping Traci J. Anderson, CPA for the same reasons that BMXD have dropped them, namely that they are in violation of auditing standards. What is slightly strange is that Metwood have now appointed Bongiovanni & Associates, CPAs as their new auditors. And guess who owns BMXD? Mike Bongiovanni! And not only that, but can you guess who the recently appointed accountants for KAT Exploration are? Yup you guessed it - Bongiovanni & Associates, CPAs!

What does all this mean? I haven't a clue! Just doing some digging and seeing what comes up.

And to what to do... the jury is out IMO. I am waiting for more information before I do anything.
