What? You can't just take the number of barrels produced and divide that by the price of barrels and get the share price out of that.

If you want to do that, you should be trading oil, not the companies stock.

Stock price (bar no manipulation) is a representation of the valuation of a company. How much is this company worth? This is based off of the fundamentals, the recent news releases, performance of the company quarter over quarter etc etc.

Generally, a company doing good will have a high share price, a company doing bad will have a low share price.

Keep in mind, this is also only 1 of their many facilities. This is just a recent new addition for them.

IMO the share price is highly undervalued at these levels, FLD or not.
