It seems some think that barrels and barrels have already been produced.

Would not that be illegal without proper permitting?

I do not own it. I have never owned it. I was honestly just looking at it for evaluation of a pump and dump. Like I said, I am came up short, but then I put in very little time. I am not looking at the company directly, but the other hand that was moving the stock.
