Yes, I got the information from Karen in an email. They have another trip scheduled this month and I believe it should be finalized soon. She also mentioned another something they are working on that should be good for the company and will be able to announce soon. The dilution was done to raise capital which makes sense for a new company trying to grow. Just makes no sense to sell now when the upside is so much greater than the down side. It seems they don't dilute past .0007 which has been a solid bottom. If the acquisition is announced and the need to dilute stops, this thing will go much higher. She mentioned the .01 as a goal. Not sure how many shares you have but with the huge number I hold, .01 would make me a ton of money.
