Not to dampen the parade, but fwiw, That may be more true with most big-board stocks. But, imo, it doesn't apply to pinks. And thinking it does will open your bank account to all manner of con artists.
My mantra with pinks is actually the opposite: "The stock is not the company."
Meaning a genuine brick and mortar business could go public on the pinks non-reporting. Dilute billions of shares for spending money. Then reverse-split, rinse, repeat.
In reality, most pink CEOs don't even bother with bricks. They just get a "business" cellphone and mailbox, and file the required paperwork.
That said, there's plenty hype presently with TGGI. They just need to take advantage of the stage that's set and give us some solid PRs.
