You know, I hate to sound heartless, and I do feel sorry for the guy with his family problems, but I find it ironic that he (or his lawyer on his behalf) should bring these matters up now and expect consideration by those with the power to sentence him when he, himself, did not bother to give them due consideration before engaging in acts that could ruin him financially and land him in jail.
