TAMPA, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Bulova Technologies Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets: BLVT - News) (“BulovaTech” or “the Company”) announced today that its subsidiary, Bulova Technologies Ordnance Systems LLC has been awarded a contract by the U.S. Army, for the production and delivery of the Army’s M142 Demolition Firing Device. The M142 is a multipurpose device providing the user with the capability to cause the detonation of a variety of demolition explosives through a variety of sensing inputs. This item has been regularly procured in past procurement cycles. The contract is valued at $2.4 million.

Bulova Technologies Ordnance Systems LLC now has in excess of $60 million in defense contract backlog over the next four years.

What's holding this company back is the time it's taking getting the 10K filing current ...There were many back quarterly reports from 2007 on to bring up to date with the merger ...BLVT is now up to 2009 Q1 ...It will happen ...But it was promised last year ...This stock did trade up to the 1.30's last year....This could easily be a 10 bagger...
