Ok thanks, I do understand that.. I guess what I meant was, is there anything they might be working on, or any anouncement forth coming that was in the works, or any talk of merger.. things like that which normal DD wouldn't uncover.. what I have learned to do is look at companies after after two things have occured.. 1. After as huge paid pump, usually about 6 months after the pump and the shares are sold off, the stock will come close to bottom, and then I look at it.. or 2. After a big RS the stock usuallly will go down to as much as 10% of the original if there was no justification, which usually there isn't; then either take the stock off of the list or look harder, which I am doing on this one; this stock was at one time mentioned by the guru.. he took it off of his list with the announcement of the RS
