I am very certain that Mr. Bordynuik is swindling investors. I've seen enough of these types of stocks that make claims with vague and misleading information and heavy on suggestion where, if true, it would be easier for the company to clearly and unambigously communicate the evidence of value rather than wordsmith communication. I've been certain very shortly after I ran across JBII.
After that it's just been the 'no surprise there' for every new piece of information.
E.g.
Nevada registration with Mr. Bordynuik retaining controlling interest -- no surprise there
Claims of forty-five plants before a single sale to anyone -- no surprise there
The refinery offering to buy JBII's pryolysis oil was shut down when the offer was announced by Mr. Bordynuik -- no surprise there
Mr. Bordynuik et al trying to give the constant impression that everything is happening "soon" ("but months???", Production in 1st Q of 2010, "landrush", etc...) -- no surprise there
The constant delays to production -- no surprise there
Et cetera, et cetera....
There's not a lot I can do about that, though.
