If you ask me, I would say that the probability that JBII is not a scam is less than 10%. Pinkie status alone probably correlates to a 50% or more chance. The inauspicious start associated with the likes of Tom Kidd adds 5 or 10 percent. The heavy hype probably correlates to 20% or more. The willingness to release bogus financials is not a good sign. Then there's the overly optimistic timelines not to mention the Honest John story etc.
