I'm hoping we see an update on their website soon maybe detailing what it's gonna take or a timetable or something.. I figure could take into next spring, but whatever so long as we still have a deal inked for the Delcer Buttes property, it ain't going anywhere and neither are we all!

that puts it around Halloween at best and...
Turkeyday at worst...
& that's if all goes well.

Maybe we'll get nice XMas present...
