Well a good exercise for the board is to figure out a fair per share price for the Lovenox portion of MNTA assuming Teva were to be approved tomorrow.

I value the mL royalties given Teva generic as:

Range $210M to 270M

Just divide by shares outstanding to get your number - call it $4 to $5.
