Don - Thanks for your help but I have already been to Wave with Webex and they couldn't help me.
They suggested that I erased all data on the computer and start again. This is possible - but I don't think I have enough spherical objects to do this!!
Besides, I want an answer from Acer, first, so I can start my TPM.
