morningstar is a reputable research company, but i have no idea why they would put out a report on this company. has an interesting past for sure, but not sure what is happening with the company now. i don't own, so i won't pay $25 to get that report, but it is intriguing that they got an up-to-date Dunn and Bradstreet report issued August 1 and then the morningstar report came out friday.

They put those out on every stock that trades anywhere to try and get you to waste $25.
