I wonder if they are preparing for something here. Like getting all thier ducks in a row. If that's the case, then the company may have orchestrated the buying and selling and not any parties here on I-Hub.

Did you ever read the Morningstar report or figure out why Dunn and Bradstreet issued an up to date?
