The company is not so reliable when it comes down to dates so I would not count your chickens before they hatch. Who knows though maybe he can throw in a pirated cable TV to try and speed up the process?
We do know they are pretty much set up to sell some more shares though, that cash is burning away quickly. Maybe the next placement will be done at .40? Wouldn't that be a kick in the pants for the people who got conned into the 4$ placement and then had a nonreliance on financials dumped on them days later.
