It would be a bigger kick in the pants if I was throwing rocks at the company shortly before it got its state permit and multi-baggered.
Would be deja vu all over again, eh? Last time we were debating about timelines and state permits and validaton from outside sources it was shortly before a 1,200% rally.

The NRC was quite clear that continued action was expected, ("Normally there would be intensive correspondence")
What is zoning if the NRC is not with you?
Look out below on this one, looks like even zoning is at most a maybe.
