One of the few times a RS usually goes up and maintains it's value. The new Company usually is buying the shell for different reasons other than massive dilution.

i'd like to think that's true, but it's not usually the case. the two r/m's i made money on had small OS's and neither had an r/s that was more than 100:1.

i could be wrong, but i doubt that there are many shares here that are restricted -- the float and issued will be close to the same -- and because of that i expect any r/s here will be a large one so that the new owners via the r/m will hold the lions share.

of course, i've been wrong before, and will undoubtedly be wrong again. whether it's here or there matters not. what matters is what you, the reader, decides. and as always i encourage all to read me with a healthy skepticism.
