Agreed, but a RM would propel this way north of here before a discussion a R/S would even take place. Also most companies not all reduce the Authorized when they do a R/S split. So it allows the investor to maintain a nice profit if they decide to hold through one.
New Company New Authorized new Direction. That is why RM plays can net such a huge return.
I really do not think the float is over 800 Mill shares here.
