Interesting question is whether the incidence of squamous cell carcinoma [while taking PLX4032] can be avoided just by rigorously avoiding the sun - or is it previous sun damage that is turned into squamous cell carcinoma?
Another question is whether the typical melanoma patient will be willing to stay out of the sun while taking PLX4032. From the NYT article in #msg-54567652:
