What deal? Dean can not get the job done, has diluted the SS to the max, and has lied repeatedly to anyone that would listen. If you think he has a snowball's chance in Hell of pulling this off, that is your right. I believe our best chance is with Landreth as CEO, Gene Johnson as CFO, Lisa Betros as COO, and Dean's preferreds locked in a trust. He needs to go and does not deserve to be in charge.
