Mr. Bradley still has a fiduciary responsibility to the share holders. A string of missteps like this could be grounds for having Mr. Bradley removed as an officer for incompetence.

I agree, but knowing how well the shareholders go on the attack, I'm more concerned that an email blitz would send them scurrying as far as they can possibly get, away from QASP. Who needs the headache of trying to repair the damage that has been done to the credibility of the company., and if you are being attacked for simply being named as CEO and then having it withdrawn, why would you come back? I know you said to be polite and respectful, but, look at who your audience is.
