That is true, less people believe than believe. If Matt can prove contracts to fill Las Vegas this stock will jump to 2 cents in a few days IMHO and possibly higher. Until then it will drip down. I'm not selling any of my shares but I'm not buying any more.
One thing is for sure, nothing is "baked into the cake". Real solid news will take this up quickly.
