Matt Believes money is moving for him, because in the long run he is the only one that will succeed even if the company fails even if it just for a Tax write off, because nothing is coming out of his pocket I dont see him buying up the OS so nothing is coming out of pocket from him, but I do see him awarding himself shares on the company's behalf.
