I was referring to the individual investor. I think that they finally saw, once and for all, that they cannot compete against the computer programs of Wall Street.

After 15 weeks, no one really knows why or how the market crashed that day, so it's bound to happen one again.

Lastly, the long term returns on the stock equities in general are rotten so I think many of the individuals want off this train.
