morley480, all I can tell you is Corcell appears in a major Regenetech patent. Regenetech is the biotech company for HOTI. Then Corcell is referenced in these printed text books for their contributions to the Regenetech Nasa Bioreactor study in 2003. Am I to ignore it? Then I see us get a China deal that gives Corcell a royalty and an equity stake in the new China cord business for $0; all for their "Know-How". Then I learn after the royalty and equity deal that China Cord Blood Corp and CordLife Ltd an Australia biotech both very capable businesses are part of the China deal. They are more than capable on their own to setup this cord collection business so what makes Corcell's know-how so unique to warrant a royalty check? Patent maybe.

Add to that line of thought by reading the Hospital of Today SEC filing where it spells out their intentions to open multiple labs staffed with x people staffed with x doctors and I can't help but think that it sure does sound about right for our staffing levels. Then of course we got Dr. O'Neill former President of Regenetech has experience with in vivo expansion. Is he setting Corcell lab up for Regenetech?

Lastly, I know there's a $40 billion IPO coming down the tracks that is a major umbrella for all of these entities. My choices are ignore or speculate about the possibilities.

Is CBAI.OB with max fill capacity of 250k cord the USA lab for HOTI? I sure do hope so.

While it may not be the patented Bioreactor, it still may be something based on expansion technology. We at least know that Corcell has this knowledge under their belt, even if this patent has nothing substantial to do with them.
