The Artful Dodger

#35895 RE: MrLong #35894

This part makes a lot of sense to me:

"What makes CBAI.OB so special that Cord Blood China Corp and CordLife Ltd sought CBAI.OB out to give away royalties and a 10% stake in the largest stem cell factory being built in China w/o CBAI.OB dropping a dime? Know-How!"

I don't believe that, realistically speaking, Chinese Yuan is being thrown our way simply so that we can tell them how to hook up and maintain a cryogenic lab. This is all a new market, but these tools aren't so new that little old CBAI is this essential overseas. If we are doing some proprietary expansion knowledge and work sharing, then it makes a lot more sense. I hope you're right.

Mr. Long everything you have stated since day one is fine and dandy, but I see nothing coming of this. If it was or even coming close to it then there would be much more investing in this stock.

I am glad you have the intelligence and think it could happen this way, but with all your posts there has not been one thing that had happen for this company yet.

Tom might be right you are way ahead of the game and could be some years down the road for this to surface for this company and I only mean for this company.

The reason why the shares are so cheap is for a reason if it was that simple everyone would be zillioniars. Just dont see it that way...

I need to see solid proof from CBAI that any of this has to do with CBAI or that Matt lists anything that will mirror up with what is happening with Cordblood America and what you have stated Mr. Long.

One example why hasnt Matt talked about bioreactors if it has to do with their technology?

Mr. Long,

Maybe someone should ask CBAI if the bioreactor patent has anything to do with us. That would be a real good Q.

It has been asked.

What makes CBAI.OB so special that Cord Blood China Corp and CordLife Ltd sought CBAI.OB out to give away royalties and a 10% stake in the largest stem cell factory being built in China w/o CBAI.OB dropping a dime?

I have no clue. But I love your senerio!

Let me know if I am way ahead, on point or just dreaming.

I think you may be way ahead (I hope not) because I've not heard any statements from CBAI to back up anything you've said. I do try to read everything you post and research what I can. You're way ahead of me.

Is CBAI.OB one of the state-of-the-art stem cell expansion facilities?

Don't know. They will sell their magic machine to anyone who wants one. CBAI is not special in this regard. Regenetech plans to reach this market by licensing its technology to research institutes and organizations, pharmaceutical companies and other biotech companies that are focusing their experimentation and development efforts on different potential stem cell therapy applications. There are estimated to be 3,500 potential customers for Regenetech’s technology currently, and this figure is expected to grow to 6000 by 2013. Regenetech will seek to license its technology widely to as many customers as possible, giving some territorial or other exclusivity to front-running organizations on a selective basis, in order to participate in the customer’s success as the customer’s commercial therapeutic applications expand into the marketplace. Is this where you think CBAI is?

Why are we in China getting a royalty?

I just can't figure this out. But I don't think it's because we have the inside track with Regenetech. I know you do. Again I hope you are right.

Since you started posting your ideas the stock has fallen and fallen. Right after the new lab opening to a half a cent.

My question for you is if you are right why would this being falling? That's why I think you maybe ahead of the curve.

Thanks.
