Looks to me like Leinwad was trying to "found" the Near Space Coast Initiative. Couldn't find anything more about it at the time that PR came out, can't find anything now. Guess like everything else he's purported to have done, it's a big secret. But, SNSR should pursue membership in Space Florida, which is a very credible coalition of government and business. Probably wouldn't be a bad idea to actually be on the Space Coast though, or at least somewhere in Central Florida.
