WW...you know the answer...de-listing.

As an entity there are three choices in a trial.

1. Be fined and pay.

2. Be absolved and nothing changes.

3. Be de-listed.

I see no others...do you?

PS...The reason I feel Joe and Vargas think they have a strong case is because Jimenez and Huff agreed to initiating the off-set invoice stuff, well before Joe and Vargas also did it. They will use (if I were their attorney) the argument that they were coached and instructed as employees under Huff to do exactly as told and were trained that this was a common and legal practice....jmo.
