I AGREE WE GET STOCK TO CLOSE THE DEAL BUT I FIRMLY BELIEVE THAT NMGL WILL THEN QUICKLY SELL FOR CASH OR WHY PUT THE LIQUIDATION CLAUSE IN THE 8 K ??????? AND !!!!! why go through all the trouble?

FFGO could have just sold for cash to someone else ..

there will be no selling of the mines for cash by NMGL .. and the divvy ( if one is ever issued ) will never be cashed by any common share holder
