I AGREE WE GET STOCK TO CLOSE THE DEAL BUT I FIRMLY BELIEVE THAT NMGL WILL THEN QUICKLY SELL FOR CASH OR WHY PUT THE LIQUIDATION CLAUSE IN THE 8 K ??????? AND !!!!!
