Jim when I called the T/A he said after he told me the o/s just a second and came back and I quote he said 500million. Not sure about any increase, I would think he would have stated it??? Maybe someone else can call and confirm good luck
Jim: GLKCE submited an amendement to their articles of incorp on 26 Jan 2005. Before the change, the a/s was 2 billion which included common and preferred stock. On the front page of their SoS record, it shows the current a/s as:
No Par Share Count: 0 Capital Amount: $ 105,428.572 Par Share Count: 105,428,572.00 Par Share Value: $ 0.001
In a PR and filing though, the company said the a/s was 5,428,572. If the TA is correct about the total now being 500 million, it looks like they're delinquent in filing an amendment. For a stock that supposedly has an o/s of only 1.16M, IMO it's churning way too much or the float is much, much higher than their reported o/s figure.
