Mach did the t/a say that the authorized was still 500 million?

From filings I got the impression that they'd raised the auth to 1.9 billion and the preferreds to 50 million, but the filings are more than a little confusing.

I know the DEF14 says they planned to do those increases, and since they did an S-8 for 600 million I assume they did some sort of increase.
