First of all, back in 2008 when Petro was selling the stock for $100 for $100000, it was known that they did not have 279B in assets. It wasn't until later when they started aquiring the Goldmines, and Oil Leases oppertunities that the 279 billion worth of assets was accoumulated. Which is good, because it gives the shares a chance of opening at a higher price. I don't know about of any shares after 2008, other than what I read about on this board.
