Since you are apt to asking questions here is one back at you.

If Petro America does not have $279 Billion in assets but that number is used to sell $100-$1,000 investments is it just a $100-$1,000 "chance" in a oil/ gold/ electric car/ insurance/ real estate company or does it go much, much, much, much more beyond that?
