Mide, yes agreed, however even if Sanswire was fined $2MM, this would put a dollar amount to settlement and allow investment bankers to fund company accordingly. But in my opinion, Sanswire can secure contracts EVEN WITHOUT SEC settlement- it's not a big deal in that regard.
