the problem graham has with me, I reported him to the SEC and the SEC knows I have no vested or financial interest in BEDA.

He is free to sue me like Spongetech did but look where that got them. They sued me and less than 2 weeks later they were arrested. I am now going after their attorney for a settlement for filing such a bogus lawsuit.

graham threatened me once but only once.
