NOPE...OS and float is too small for an RS.

OS is less than a B with mostly restricted.
Float still @ 400M.

Suckers are not even giving 2's.
Its MM's trading each other creating an illusion.

Hope they will bring this down to 1's so that we can scoop some more of their shorts. LoL
