There is no reason to report now. In fact it would be a bad move to do so. As far as the shell. They can easily buy a new one thats clean rather than fix the existing one.

permanentjaun...I think if the shell were totally clean they would be reporting......able to go to BB or better.....should increase coverage......stockholder confidense would be much higher....overall reliablility by would be investors would be higher.....
If it were my baby....I'd want to report for the overall image and respect for my investors. So, YES! I think Frank would, if he could....so, I expect the shell has a history that may be hard to rectify and verify, although not necessarily impossible....time consuming and maybe expensive. IMHO Neal
