I don't know Duke....seems like there's a big mussed up market out there for shells. Not so easy to make absolutely sure they are clean. Kind of like buying a used car...you're probably buying someone else's problem. The only sure way is to start from scratch...IPO???.....I understand that is both time consuming and expensive, relatively! Someone else needs to address that scenario. Any semi-experts out there?
