permanent...I'm not a shell expert but is QBID a bonafide shell right now or a running company? And isn't the problems Frank related to refer to the purchasing of it when it WAS a shell? At anyrate Frank didn't go into detail and did say he was working to resolve it....and probably wouldn't be for a year...
