QBID's Shell Stock Problems

Has anyone figured out what the problems with QBID's shell stock are? On http://www.shellstockreview.com/ssrShellValues.htm they list the value of a shell stock as:
verified shell stock looking for acquisition, experienced management, SEC reporting, no debt, no law suits, little or no outstanding convertible securities, small O/S, low market value, and cash on hand.
