{Disagree. Who could possibly know? Only someone "confusing their opinions with facts." Who knew about MNTA's approval beforehand? The stock action did not suggest anyone knew; yet, you imply that Teva's postion is somehow different as far as "leaks." Bernstein comes to mind...

IRT to facts vs. opinions: When you see the Sandoz/MNTA sales figures for the 3rd Quarter and are promptly astonished, note that those figures will be booked as "facts" in MNTA's 3rd QTR 10-Q as revenues.
