I really not on any type of a diet.... Have high blood sugar (been running around 120 to 140 in the morning... My biggest problem is with high Triglycerides in my blood
I need to loss about 30 lbs it would probably take care of my high blood sugar count....
I also be using a treadmill to walk mile a day.. 1/2 in the morning and 1/2 in the evening lol that should also help with my blood sugar..
it was but for some reason the blood sugar gone crazy again
