What kind of diet are we doing? I'm in my 2nd week of Atkins and am down 12lbs. I'm sure a good share of that is water since I was down 10 in 3 days but I can see a difference in my volumous gut. Goal is to not be Buddha before year end. I was 292 but I carry it half well being 6'3 but it's waaaay too much for this old boy. If I can see 230 or so again I will be thrilled. Time will tell.
