No Yes/no/maybe/sorta about it,
this problem not being able to Submit Post
is now happening again, at this moment.
Happened last week, but i waited an hour and
it went away. Still here on my Windows 3.1 Opera
so i went to the SLOW Netscape browser where
hitting Submit Post with my mouse results in that
hour glass to signal success, while in Opera when
hit i get no change in my Arrow cursor.

You and Matt might experimint and create that level
on iHub's home page of Foreign Exchanges and list
all exchanges on planet Earth as place-holders with
message that an open invitation to anyone to start it.
