I don't believe there ever specifically is a "guarantee of success" in business.
As for it being a negative, or "bad sign," that Shayne Heffernan would announced that Heffernan Holdings Inc thru Boss Motors Asia was acquiring Ronn Motors Asia Business; That at that time, would praise Ronn Motors business model in the process, ( Since he was acquiring it's Asia business unit. ) And was also announcing the corporate launch of the Ronn Motors products in Kuala Lumpur;
I would say first, I find nothing wrong with; and second: wasn't specifically hiding any business arrangement or financial ties between Heffernan Holdings Inc and Boss Motors Asia; since Shayne Heffernan of Heffernan Holdings Inc. was making the announcement.
