Its still a failure at best....
Heffernan creating a new subsidiary to deal Ronn doesnt mean much. Its a newer company than Ronn, but like Ronn, has no fabrication facilities, no dealer network and no reputation in the area that it will be dealing with. not a recipe for quick success.If he really had faith he would have put money into Ronn and not created a subsidiary that can disappear at any time. I imagine Boss will be looking for front money from Ronn and he will be doing the same from them.LOL.
While it is not your honesty or judgement in question inasmuch as you cleared up the issue, Shayne's "specific" omission of his financial interest in Boss attests to a lack of transparency that sounds alarms. Researching his name didnt make me feel any better, though I cant vouch for any of the assertions made.
I did notice that Ronn has another subsidiary that I was not aware of. But its just another name, probably one that will be hailed for making a sham purchase from another of the Ronn/Boss companies, much like the Angeltouch's ECo subsidiary that ordered one of the vehicles ( seems kind of hard to imagine an already defunct company ordering something and then close to a year later it comes to pass that the car was never produced, the subsidiary was never registered with the state and the parent company is little more than a mailbox shared with 10 other questionable companies), yet Ronn didnt mention the problem. Much like his "factory" that was on schedule up until the city kicked him out of the nearly empty building for nonpayment.
